Week 3 Blog 1 - Is this illegal to show in class?

I just logged on to FSO to watch the pre-wimba session and I found the same video I have below!  Who knew!

Here is your first test... Does this video violate copyright laws? 



I will hopefully be able to answer this after tomorrow's Wimba session.  At that time I will add a second blog post answering the posed question.

So I think we all know the answer!  Upon first watching this video I was sure that this was a copyright infringement; however, since the clips are extremely short, the video is being used to teach something, and finally because the video is not taking revenue away from Disney the video is not considered a copyright violation.
